A sunny Friday in December found us touring the Aviva Stadium – home to Irish rugby and football (aka soccer). The stadium was built smack in the center of a residential neighborhood. While three of the sides feature four-level stands, the north end (deep left side in picture) comprises just a single level – so as not to block the (in any case fairly rare) sunlight from the neighboring homes.
